We depend on having stable earth to walk upon, fresh air to breathe and a source of daily water at the very least in order to survive. We also depend upon our own inner fortitude and strength of character for us to step into life day by day. When we can rely on ourselves to self-monitor our emotions and behaviour, we make it easier for others to befriend us, to love us. It is a great gift when our word is true and steadfast.  Being able to rely on someone as a dependable friend or partner is a great support in life.
